Jobs Growth Wales is a recruitment programme for 16-24 year olds. If you are looking for a job but don’t feel you have enough work experience, Jobs Growth Wales could help. Jobs Growth Wales is not a training scheme and any training costs incurred must be met by the employer as part of the job opportunity. Jobg Growth Wales will provide you with six months opportunity in a paid job which pays at least the national Minimum Wage whilst providing you with the chance to gain the work experience you may be lacking.
